Fazaclo Side Effects Report #5884169-8
Fazaclo side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED STATES on Aug 27, 2008. Female patient, 50 years of age, was diagnosed with schizophrenia, paranoid type and was treated with Fazaclo. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: choking . Fazaclo dosage: 150 MG BID PO. During the same period patient was treated with GEODONECTABLE, HALDOL DECANOTE. Patient died on 08/24/2008.

Fazaclo dosage: 600 MG DAILY PO. During the same period patient was treated with RISPERDAL, ZOLOFT, COGENTIN, ZOCOR, SYNTHROID, AMITIZA, VITAMIN WITH IRON, METAMUCIL. Patient died on 05/15/2008.
