Fazaclo Side Effects Report #5614679-X
Fazaclo side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED STATES on Jan 25, 2008. Male patient, weighting 185.0 lb, was diagnosed with schizophrenia and was treated with Fazaclo. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardio-respiratory arrest, loss of consciousness. Fazaclo dosage: 100 MG PO DAILY. During the same period patient was treated with ZESTRIL, COGENTIN, FORTEO, APRESOLINE, MACRODANTIN, FLEXERIL, ZYPREXA, DEPAKOTE. Patient died on 12/22/2007.
