Fazaclo and cardiac failure congestive Patient Reports February 12, 2012

Fazaclo Side Effects Report #4657140-1
Fazaclo side effect was reported by a Physician from on Apr 26, 2005. Female patient, weighting 235.0 lb, was diagnosed with schizophrenia and was treated with Fazaclo. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac failure congestive. Fazaclo dosage: 100 MG TID PO. During the same period patient was treated with GLUCOPHAGE, HUMULIN, ZONEGRAN, ASPIRIN, POTASSIUM CHLORIDE, HALDOL, ACTONEL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 04/17/2005.
