Fazaclo side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED STATES on Feb 24, 2009. Male patient, 33 years of age, was diagnosed with schizophrenia, paranoid type and was treated with Fazaclo. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute respiratory failure, convulsion, diarrhoea, encephalopathy, fungaemia, megacolon, neuropathy peripheral, sepsis . Fazaclo dosage: 325 MG QHS, PO. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Male patient, weighting 118.0 lb, was diagnosed with schizophrenia, paranoid type and was treated with Fazaclo. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute respiratory failure, adrenal insufficiency, sepsis , septic shock. Fazaclo dosage: 550 MG PO DAILY. During the same period patient was treated with SEROQUEL, KLONOPIN, REMERON, DEPAKOTE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 02/27/2006.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute respiratory distress syndrome, acute respiratory failure, pneumonia aspiration. Fazaclo dosage: 150 MG BID PO. During the same period patient was treated with ROCEPHIN IM, CLINDAMYCIN, AUGMENTIN, ZITHROMYCIN, FLOMAX, OXCARBAZEPINE, FLUCPHENAZINE PRN, SIMVASTATIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 10/13/2008.
