Faslodex Side Effects Report #5615721-2
Faslodex side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Feb 01, 2008. Female patient, weighting 212.5 lb, was diagnosed with endometrial cancer and was treated with Faslodex. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: deep vein thrombosis . Faslodex dosage: 250 MG ON DAY 1, EVERY 28 DAYS. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 11/14/2007.
