Female patient, 57 years of age, was diagnosed with breast cancer stage iv, oestrogen receptor assay positive and was treated with Faslodex. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arthralgia, arthritis , asthenia, chest pain , device failure, feeling abnormal, influenza, injection site discomfort, ketosis. Faslodex dosage: unknown. Patient recovered.
