Fareston side effect was reported by a Health Professional from on Feb 16, 2005. Female patient, 81 years of age, weighting 222.7 lb, was diagnosed with breast cancer  and was treated with Fareston. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: pulmonary embolism . Fareston dosage: 60MG QDAY PO. During the same period patient was treated with METFORMIN, LASIX. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with LOTENSION, LASIX, ALDACTAZIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
