Fareston side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from JAPAN on Nov 29, 2005. Female patient, 49 years of age, was diagnosed with breast cancer  and was treated with Fareston. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardio-respiratory arrest, pulmonary embolism . Fareston dosage: 40 MG. Patient died.
