Male patient, weighting 132.3 lb, was diagnosed with prophylaxis against gastrointestinal ulcer, thrombosis prophylaxis and was treated with Famotidine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bacterial infection What is  bacterial infection, neutropenia, purpura, thrombocytopenia, white blood cell count decreased. Famotidine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with TICLOPIDINE, ASPIRIN, CANDESARTAN, NICORANDIL, SPIRONOLACTONE, CLILOSTAZOL, CEFATAXIM, GABEXATE MESILATE. Patient recovered.
