Male patient, 68 years of age, was diagnosed with herpes zoster, hypertension, diabetes mellitus and was treated with Famciclovir. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dizziness , hyponatraemia, nausea . Famciclovir dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ENALAPRIL MALEATE, GLIBENCLAMIDE, METFORMIN HYDROCHLORIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anorexia, blood chloride decreased, dizziness , hyponatraemia, inappropriate antidiuretic hormone secretion, nausea . Famciclovir dosage: 1500MG PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with ENALAPRIL MALEATE, GLIBENCLAMIDE, METFORMIN HYDROCHLORIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
