Famciclovir side effect was reported by a Physician from on June 02, 2005. Female patient, 84 years of age, was treated with Famciclovir. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood creatinine increased, blood potassium increased, blood urea increased, dehydration, disorientation, pruritus, vomiting. Famciclovir dosage: 500 MG, TID. During the same period patient was treated with POTASSIUM CHLORIDE, LESCOL, LASIX, NEXIUM, ZYRTEC, AMBIEN, LISINOPRIL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
