Ezetimibe side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from NORWAY on Oct 02, 2008. Male patient, 69 years of age, was diagnosed with hypercholesterolaemia, hypertension and was treated with Ezetimibe. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, multi-organ failure. Ezetimibe dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ATORVASTATIN CALCIUM, IRBESARTAN. Patient died on 07/14/2008.

Ezetimibe dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ATORVASTATIN, FUSIDATE, ASPIRIN, ESOMEPRAZOLE, SUMATRIPTAN SUCCINATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
