After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dizziness , myalgia. Ezetimibe dosage: 10 MG PO QD. During the same period patient was treated with CYCLOBENZAPRINE, DOCUSATE N, HYDROCODONE BITARTRATE, LISINOPRIL, METOPROLOL, OMEPRAZOLE, SILDENAFIL. Patient recovered.
