Female patient, 58 years of age, weighting 170.0 lb, was diagnosed with diabetes mellitus non-insulin-dependent, blood cholesterol, hypertension, stent placement, prophylaxis and was treated with Exubera. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain upper, cardiac failure congestive, chest x-ray abnormal, diabetes mellitus inadequate control, dyspnoea, lymphadenopathy, malaise. Exubera dosage: 9 MG (3 MG, 3 IN 1 D). During the same period patient was treated with LIPITOR, TOPROL, PLAVIX, ASPIRIN, PNEUMOCOCCAL VACCINE, LANTUS. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
