After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: convulsion, dysarthria, grand mal convulsion, treatment noncompliance. Extended dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with EXTENDED PHENYTOIN, EXTENDED PHENYTOIN, EXTENDED PHENYTOIN, LIDOCAINE, VITAMINS NOS, CALCIUM GLUCONATE, VITAMIN B CAP. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
