Extended side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on June 26, 2006. Male patient, 78 years of age, weighting 167.0 lb, was diagnosed with convulsion prophylaxis and was treated with Extended. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: myalgia, pyrexia. Extended dosage: 300 MG; QHS; PO. During the same period patient was treated with EXTENDED PHENYTOIN, AVODART, FOSAMAX ONCE WEEKLY, ATENOL, UROCEF, ASPIRIN, UROCIT. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: incorrect dose administered, klebsiella infection, lobar pneumonia, multi-organ failure, pyrexia, respiratory distress, systemic candida. Extended dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CASPOGUNGIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.

During the same period patient was treated with EXTENDED PHENYTOIN, SERTRALINE, ATENOLOL, DIPHENHYDRAMINE, OXYCODONE AND ACETAMINOPHEN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with FOSPHENYTOIN. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.
