After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: condition aggravated, dyspnoea, dyssomnia, nocturia, sleep apnoea syndrome, snoring What is  snoring, somnolence. Extended dosage: 120 MG, TID, PER ORAL. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with ATORVASTATIN CALCIUM, IRBESARTAN, ACETYLSALICYLIC ACID, GABAPENTIN. Patient recovered.
