After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acquired diaphragmatic eventration, atelectasis, azotaemia, blood calcium decreased, blood chloride decreased, blood creatinine increased, blood glucose increased, blood sodium decreased, blood urea increased. Exjade dosage: 2000 MG, QD. During the same period patient was treated with ASPIRIN, PLAVIX, IMDUR, LASIX, CASPOFUNGIN, VANCOMYCIN, CEFEPIME, TOBRADEX. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 07/11/2006.
