After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anorexia, asthenia, cachexia, contusion, depressed mood, face injury, facial bones fracture, fall . Exforge dosage: 80 MG VALSARTAN/5 MG AMLODIPINE. During the same period patient was treated with WARFARIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.
