After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, blood creatinine increased, fall , formication, hyperkalaemia, polyneuropathy, renal failure acute. Exforge dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with SPIRONOLACTONE, FUROSEMIDE, ASPIRIN, BISOPROLOL, MOXONIDINE, ALLOPURINOL, EUTHYROX. Patient was hospitalized.
