After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: atrial fibrillation , headache , vision blurred. Exforge dosage: 5/320MG, QD, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with SYNTHROID, PRAVACHOL, ZETIA, SPIRONOLACTONE, TOPROL, ACIPHEX, AMBIEN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
