Exemestane Side Effects Report #5391597-6
Exemestane side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED KINGDOM on July 09, 2007. Female patient, 81 years of age, weighting 152.1 lb, was diagnosed with breast cancer  and was treated with Exemestane. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arthralgia, blood uric acid increased, joint swelling. Exemestane dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CITALOPRAM, COMBIVENT, FUROSEMIDE, IMDUR, LANSOPRAZOLE, SERETIDE. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 79 years of age, weighting 204.4 lb, was diagnosed with breast cancer  and was treated with Exemestane. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: ankle fracture, arthralgia, cellulitis , deep vein thrombosis , fibrin d dimer increased. Exemestane dosage: 25 MG (25 MG, DAILY), ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with ACETYLSALICYLIC ACID, DOXYCYCLINE, LANTUS, LASIX, LEVOXYL, LISINOPRIL, NORVASC, NOVOLOG. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arthralgia, asthenia, cerebral ischaemia, cerebrovascular accident, headache , lacunar infarction, muscle twitching. Exemestane dosage: 25 MG (25 MG, DAILY), ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with PRILOSEC, HYDROCORTISONE. Patient recovered.
