Evoltra side effect was reported by a Physician from FRANCE on Nov 12, 2008. Female patient, child 8 years of age, was diagnosed with acute leukaemia and was treated with Evoltra. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: aplasia, haemodialysis, multi-organ failure, renal failure acute. Evoltra dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ENDOXAN, ETOPOSIDE. Patient died on 11/09/2008.

Evoltra dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ENDOXAN, ETOPOSIDE, TAZOCILLINE, AMIKACIN, FASTURTEC, NUBAIN, ZOVIRAX, ZOFRAN. Patient died on 11/09/2008.
