Everolimus side effect was reported by a Physician from GERMANY on Aug 15, 2005. Male patient, 48 years of age, weighting 159.6 lb, was diagnosed with heart transplant  and was treated with Everolimus. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cough, inflammation, lung infiltration, pneumonia , pyrexia. Everolimus dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with EVEROLIMUS VS MMF, EVEROLIMUS VS MMF, NEORAL, PREDNISOLONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Male patient, 45 years of age, was diagnosed with heart transplant , immunosuppression and was treated with Everolimus. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac failure, cough, dyspnoea, interstitial lung disease, left ventricular dysfunction, non-cardiac chest pain, organising pneumonia, pulmonary toxicity, pyrexia. Everolimus dosage: 6 NG/ML. During the same period patient was treated with CYCLOSPORINE, AZATHIOPRINE, PREDNISONE, CORTICOSTEROIDS, MYCOPHENOLATE MOFETIL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.
