Everolimus side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from INDIA on Nov 01, 2007. Male patient, 34 years of age, weighting 116.8 lb, was diagnosed with renal transplant, kidney transplant rejection and was treated with Everolimus. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood creatinine increased, blood lactate dehydrogenase increased, cd4 lymphocytes abnormal, diabetes mellitus, haemoglobin decreased, haemolytic uraemic syndrome, kidney transplant rejection, platelet count decreased, red blood cell schistocytes present. Everolimus dosage: 1.25 MG, BID. During the same period patient was treated with CYCLOSPORINE, MYCOPHENOLIC ACID, PREDNISOLONE, TACROLIMUS, METHYLPREDNISOLONE. Patient recovered.
