Female patient, 81 years of age, was diagnosed with diabetes mellitus non-insulin-dependent and was treated with Euglucon. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardio-respiratory arrest, hypoglycaemic coma, pulmonary embolism . Euglucon dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PIOGLITAZONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 04/06/2005.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood pressure diastolic increased, glycosylated haemoglobin increased, hypoglycaemic coma, lactic acidosis, overdose, renal failure, respiratory rate increased.
