Male patient, weighting 180.0 lb, was diagnosed with endotracheal intubation and was treated with Etomidate. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac arrest , coma, incorrect dose administered. Etomidate dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 06/15/2008.
