After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , dizziness , gastric disorder, nausea , oedema peripheral, pulmonary embolism , respiratory arrest, thrombosis. Ethinyl dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ZOLOFT. Patient died.
