Etanercept side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED STATES on Mar 01, 2006. Male patient, 66 years of age, weighting 201.6 lb, was diagnosed with myositis What is  myositis and was treated with Etanercept. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiomegaly, chest discomfort, dyspnoea, dyspnoea exertional, orthopnoea. Etanercept dosage: 25MG EACH -TOTAL 50MG- 2 INJECTION/WKLY SQ. During the same period patient was treated with DIGITEX, DIOVAN, ZETIA, LOPID, ASPIRIN, NEURONTIN, FOLIC ACID. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
