Etanercept Side Effects Report #5688081-9
Etanercept side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on May 23, 2007. Male patient, 42 years of age, was diagnosed with psoriasis and was treated with Etanercept. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , abscess , arthralgia, blister, blood culture positive, bronchoscopy abnormal, dyspnoea exertional, haemoptysis, headache . Etanercept dosage: 50 MG, 2 IN 1 WEEKS, SC. During the same period patient was treated with TRIAMCINOLONE ACETONIDE, PREDNISONE, KETOROLAC TROMETHAMINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 07/03/2004.

Female patient, 22 years of age, weighting 108.5 lb, was diagnosed with graft versus host disease and was treated with Etanercept. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , ascites, blood bilirubin increased, blood pressure decreased, colonoscopy abnormal, dialysis , diarrhoea, gastrointestinal disorder, graft versus host disease. Etanercept dosage: 25 MG 2X/WEEK SQ. During the same period patient was treated with SEE IMAGE. Patient died.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , ascites, computerised tomogram abnormal, dialysis , diarrhoea, gastrointestinal disorder, graft versus host disease, renal failure, respiratory distress. Etanercept dosage: 25 MG 2 X /WEEK SQ. During the same period patient was treated with MEDROL, ACTIGALL, VORICONIZOLE, TACROLIMUS, PENTAMIDINE, PROTONIX, OXYCODONE, OXYCONTIN. Patient died.
