Eszopiclone side effect was reported by a Physician from RUSSIAN FEDERATION on Apr 23, 2008. Male patient, 49 years of age, weighting 156.5 lb, was diagnosed with depression  and was treated with Eszopiclone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anxiety , decreased appetite, depression , disease recurrence, headache , hypertension, serotonin syndrome, sleep disorder , weight decreased. Eszopiclone dosage: 3 MG; HS; ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with VENLAFAXIINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Eszopiclone side effect was reported by a Physician from FRANCE on Jan 28, 2009. Female patient, 47 years of age, weighting 123.5 lb, was diagnosed with depression  and was treated with Eszopiclone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: disease recurrence, monoplegia, pain in extremity, sciatic nerve palsy, sciatica . Eszopiclone dosage: 3 MG;HS;ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with VENLAFAXINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
