Estramustine side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on June 29, 2006. Male patient, 83 years of age, was diagnosed with prostate cancer
, gastric ulcer, depression
, gastritis, angina pectoris and was treated with Estramustine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: haemoptysis, pneumonia
, pulmonary alveolar haemorrhage, respiratory failure. Estramustine dosage: 280 MG, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with BENEXATE HYDROCHLORIDE, PAROXETINE, TRIMEBUTINE MALEATE, ASPIRIN, DILTIAZEM HYDROCHLORIDE, ISOSORIDE DINITRATE, NICORANDIL, NITROGLYCERIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.
