Female patient, 47 years of age, weighting 151.5 lb, was diagnosed with breast cancer stage iv and was treated with Estradiol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, bone pain, constipation
, dehydration, dyspnoea exertional, fatigue, feeling abnormal, hypercalcaemia. Estradiol dosage: 10MG 3 X DAILY PO. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.Estradiol Side Effects Report #5977054-4

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, blood parathyroid hormone decreased, blood potassium decreased, fatigue, hypercalcaemia of malignancy, lymphoedema, pain in extremity, thirst, weight decreased. Estradiol dosage: 2.0 MG THREE TIMES DAILY PO. During the same period patient was treated with EFFEXOR, ZETIA, ZYRTEC, PRILOSEC, IBUPROFEN, CALCIUM W, VITAMIN D. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Estradiol dosage: 2MG THREE TIMES DAILY PO. During the same period patient was treated with ZETIA, PRILOSEC, IBUPROFEN, GABAPENTIN, CITALOPRAM, FLUTICASONE PROPIONATE, CELEXA, FLOVENT. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
