Female patient, 47 years of age, weighting 151.5 lb, was diagnosed with breast cancer stage iv and was treated with Estradiol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, bone pain, constipation , dehydration, dyspnoea exertional, fatigue, feeling abnormal, hypercalcaemia. Estradiol dosage: 10MG 3 X DAILY PO. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
