Male patient, 73 years of age, weighting 123.5 lb, was diagnosed with prostate cancer , metastases to bone, hypocalcaemia, thrombosis prophylaxis and was treated with Estracyt. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anorexia, arthralgia, asthenia, blood alkaline phosphatase increased, blood lactate dehydrogenase increased, c-reactive protein increased, cardiac failure congestive. Estracyt dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ETOPOSIDE, ZOMETA, ROCALTROL, ASPARTATE CALCIUM, DECADRON, ASPIRIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
