Esomeprazole side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Sept 04, 2007. Female patient, 20 years of age, weighting 145.0 lb, was diagnosed with gastric ulcer and was treated with Esomeprazole. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: diarrhoea, faeces discoloured, pancreatitis, renal failure, waist circumference increased. Esomeprazole dosage: 40MG TWICE DAILY PO. During the same period patient was treated with SIROLIMUS, MYCOPHENOLATE MOFETIL, PROMETHAZINE, PRAVASTATIN, PREDNISONE, HYDRALAZINE, ATENOLOL, METOCLOPRAMIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
