Eskalith side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on June 26, 2006. Female patient, 47 years of age, was diagnosed with bipolar i disorder and was treated with Eskalith. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: depression , hypothyroidism, thinking abnormal. Eskalith dosage: 450MG PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with LITHIUM CARBONATE, NEXIUM, DETROL LA, ESTROGENS SOL, KLONOPIN. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 33 years of age, was diagnosed with bipolar disorder , hepatitis c  and was treated with Eskalith. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: accidental overdose, diarrhoea, hypokalaemia, hypothyroidism, mania, renal failure, therapeutic agent toxicity, vomiting. Eskalith dosage: 300MG PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with INTRON A, REBETOL, AMBIEN, MOTRIN, LAMICTAL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
