Male patient, 19 years of age, was diagnosed with bipolar i disorder and was treated with Eskalith. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: aggression, agitation, asthenia, delusion of grandeur, mood swings, neuroleptic malignant syndrome, paranoia, tremor, white blood cell count increased. Eskalith dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with VALPROIC ACID. Patient recovered.
