Eskalith and accidental overdose Patient Reports February 11, 2012

Eskalith Side Effects Report #5041915-3
Eskalith side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on June 22, 2006. Female patient, 34 years of age, was diagnosed with bipolar disorder , hepatitis c  and was treated with Eskalith. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: accidental overdose, asthenia, blood potassium decreased, blood thyroid stimulating hormone decreased, dehydration, diarrhoea, mania, nausea . Eskalith dosage: 300 MG ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with INTRON A, REBETOL, AMBIEN, MOTRIN, LAMICTAL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: accidental overdose, diarrhoea, hypokalaemia, hypothyroidism, mania, renal failure, therapeutic agent toxicity, vomiting. Eskalith dosage: 300MG PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with INTRON A, REBETOL, AMBIEN, MOTRIN, LAMICTAL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with LITHIUM, SLEEPING S, SYNTHROID, WATER. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
