After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood creatinine increased, blood urea increased, hypotension, renal failure acute, tachycardia. Esidrix dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ALDACTONE, LASILIX. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Esidrix dosage: 25 MG, QD. During the same period patient was treated with PLAVIX, DIURAL, ALLOPUR, EMCONCOR, LEVAXIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
