After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute coronary syndrome, anoxia, arrhythmia , bundle branch block right, cardiac arrest , coma, electrocardiogram qrs complex prolonged. Escitalopram dosage: 30 MG QD PO. During the same period patient was treated with NOCTAMIDE, BISOPROLOL FUMARATE, HYZAAR, ASPIRIN. Patient recovered.
