After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dehydration, haematemesis, impaired gastric emptying, pyloric stenosis, vomiting, vomiting projectile. Erythromycin dosage: 1ML -40MG- = QID PO. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.
