Erythrocin side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from JAPAN on July 22, 1998. Male patient, 55 years of age, was diagnosed with asthma , bronchitis  and was treated with Erythrocin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dyspnoea, laryngeal oedema, pharyngeal oedema, vomiting. Erythrocin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with THEOPHYLLINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Female patient, weighting 155.1 lb, was diagnosed with antibiotic prophylaxis and was treated with Erythrocin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , chest pain , dizziness , gastric infection, nausea , pancreatitis. Erythrocin dosage: 4 TABLETS (500 MG) PRIOR TO DENTAL PROCEDURE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
