Male patient, 62 years of age, weighting 210.0 lb, was diagnosed with pulmonary congestion, upper respiratory tract infection, blood cholesterol increased and was treated with Erythrocin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anuria, malaise, oedema peripheral, pain in extremity. Erythrocin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CRESTOR. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with CEFTAZIDIME, BISOPROLOL FUMARATE, TEMOCAPRIL HYDROCHLORIDE, SUCRALFATE, FERROUS CITRATE, DIPYRIDAMOLE, NIFEDIPINE, NICERITROL. Patient recovered.
