After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dizziness , fall . Erythrocin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with AMOXICILLIN, CODEINE PHOSPHATE, PHOLCODINE. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , chest pain , dizziness , gastric infection, nausea , pancreatitis. Erythrocin dosage: 4 TABLETS (500 MG) PRIOR TO DENTAL PROCEDURE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
