Female patient, child 10 years of age, was diagnosed with respiratory tract infection and was treated with Erythrocin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , anorexia, arthralgia, chromaturia, faeces pale, fatigue, hepatitis cholestatic, hepatomegaly, liver function test abnormal. Erythrocin dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Male patient, 64 years of age, was diagnosed with pneumonia primary atypical, cardiac disorder, hyperuricaemia, hypertension, ventricular arrhythmia and was treated with Erythrocin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anorexia, anuria, dyspnoea, left ventricular failure, renal failure acute, respiratory failure. Erythrocin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CEFOTAXIME, DIPYRIDAMOLE, ALLOPURINOL, MANIDIPINE HYDROCHLORIDE, MEXILETINE HYDROCHLORIDE, ASPIRIN, TERAZOSIN HYDROCHLORIDE. Patient recovered.
