Female patient, 79 years of age, weighting 136.0 lb, was diagnosed with vitamin d decreased and was treated with Ergocalciferol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dysstasia, gait disturbance, muscular weakness. Ergocalciferol dosage: unknown. Patient recovered.
