Equasym side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED KINGDOM on July 29, 2008. Male patient, child 7 years of age, weighting 53.24 lb, was diagnosed with attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder and was treated with Equasym. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abnormal behaviour, crying, formication, hallucination, nightmare, screaming, thinking abnormal. Equasym dosage: 30 MG 1/D PO. During the same period patient was treated with STRATTERA. Patient recovered.

Male patient, child 7 years of age, weighting 59.30 lb, was diagnosed with attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder and was treated with Equasym. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abnormal behaviour, affect lability, aggression, intentional self-injury, irritability, tearfulness. Equasym dosage: 40 MG 1/D PO. During the same period patient was treated with MELATONIN, METHYLPHENIDATE. Patient recovered.
