Eptifibatide side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Dec 31, 2008. Male patient, 60 years of age, was diagnosed with coronary arterial stent insertion and was treated with Eptifibatide. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, gastric haemorrhage, haematemesis, melaena, nausea . Eptifibatide dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CLOPIDOGREL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Eptifibatide side effect was reported by a Physician from CANADA on Nov 27, 2007. Male patient, 78 years of age, was diagnosed with acute coronary syndrome and was treated with Eptifibatide. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, atrial fibrillation , atrioventricular block complete, bradycardia, dizziness . Eptifibatide dosage: 6ML TWENTY FOUR TIMES PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with CARVEDILOL, AMLODIPINE, ACETYLSALICYLIC ACID SRT, RAMIPRIL, ATORVASTATIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
