Female patient, 53 years of age, was diagnosed with pulmonary hypertension  and was treated with Epoprostenol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: oedema, pain , skin discolouration, vasculitic rash. Epoprostenol dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PREDNISONE, METHOTREXATE. Patient recovered.
